Hi! My name is Jeff. I'm a sweet boy who loves being pet and making biscuits. I will start meowing and purring the second I see my favorite people. My original family was unable to afford my vet bills. They brought me to the vet due to a urinary blockage and opted for euthanasia over hospitalization. Luckily, the partnering vet called SFAAR.
