ADOPTION INFORMATION

Sharing your home with a cat or kitten is a wonderful experience and can bring you lots of joy.  If you are willing to make the necessary commitments of time, money, responsibility, and love - for the life of the pet - you are ready to adopt.

Because we want all of our cats to go to a safe, loving, permanent home, we have some qualifying conditions. You must:  

*Be at least 21 years old
*Agree that the pet will be an indoor companion only
*Agree that the pet will not be declawed
*Pay the adoption fee by cash (we are unable to accept checks or credit cards)
*Provide your management/landlord contact inforamtion if you rent 

If you are interested in meeting and potentially adopting a cat or kitten, please complete an online cat adoption application. Completing an application does not mean you have to adopt, it just lets us know which cat you are interested in. Once we receive your application, a St. Francis volunteer will review it and contact you to arrange a meet and greet with the cat. It is important that you spend some time with the cat you are interested in to see if it would be a good fit for your household.
